1.Register an account before first use：

If you are using our service for the first time, please register an IEPOCH account through your Australian mobile phone number, get an ID, and then start shipping.

2.Express to Chinese warehouse：

Check the transit warehouse address in IEPOCH system, and send the packages to IEPOCH Chinese warehouse when shopping online.

3.Pre-fill in/Claim：

Please pre-fill in the complete tracking number in the IEPOCH system after retailer send out. When the package arrives at the IEPOCH warehouse, fill in the declaration information, then your packages will enter into the system ready for shipment.

4.Create and submit order：

When all packages arrive IEPOCH transit warehouse and claimed for shipment, create and submit a transfer order.

5.Payment：

Shipment will be arranged after payment done.

6.Packing/Shipping：

The packages will be arranged for shipments once the funds have been cleared.

7.Delivery:

When the packages arrive at IEPOCH Australia warehouse and sorting done, the customer will be informed of the delivery time; Or After customer receives the notice, you can pick up the packages at corresponding depot with the QR code.

8.Return/Replaced：

For packages which need to be returned or replaced, customers can apply for returns in IEPOCH system, and then make an appointment with a Courier to pick up the packages.
